Parakletos Christian Church was planted in February 2000 after having operated as a translocal international ministry for over 10 years. 

 We’ve ministered extensively in Africa, Middle East, Europe and Americas eg, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Kenya, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Israel, Yemen, United Kingdom, Finland, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Amsterdam, Russia, India, Argentina and USA.

 Our ministry has gone through a period of transition and we’re in a process of rebirth which included four key areas:

a)     Decluttering

b)     Refocussing

c)     Re-organisation

d)     Re-establishing

Parakletos Christian Church has been birthed out of Parakletos Ministries International which has a two-fold vision:

a)     Soul Winning

b)     Church Planting

Parakletos Christian Church Durbanville is the “Jerusalem Church Base” which will send out men and women into the harvest fields to reap the end-time harvest and plant churches to disciples new believers.  We have started 2 additional new church plants in 2011 and will plant 6 more new churches in 2012 in Jesus Name.

 The Founder is Pastor Solomon Kepkey who pastors the Durbanville congregation together with his wife, Prophet Marna and a leadership team of 3 elders.

 Our vision is the Great Commission as commanded in Matthew 28:18-20:

18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

We see a vibrant Church passionately in love with Jesus and on our Father’s business, reaching the lost and discipling them into:

 Worshippers, Prayer Warriors, Prophetic People, Soul Winners, People who love God and others and Who live Victorious lives.

 Our ministry is characterised by Isaiah 61 Anointing.

 The year 2012, is a year of the release of perfect apostolic government with supernatural signs and wonders breaking out following the preaching of the Gospel to bring in the Final Harvest!
